Our property is seeking a night auditor to join our growing group of hospitality professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to financial details, a genuine love of interacting with people, and a superior commitment to customer satisfaction. Previous hotel experience is not required, but guest service experience is highly preferred. Responsibilities: • Produce and distribute daily weekly, and monthly reports to hotel management, department heads, and general manager • Provide exceptional service to all hotel guests during their stay • Reconcile all credit card transactions, financial records, occupancy percentages, room charges, final bill preparation, and cash drawer activity after a thorough audit process • Respond to inquiries, process reservations and check-ins, delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, resolve guest complaints, and other front office duties as required • Perform additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as required Be able to work on your feet for a typical shift for 8 hours at a time in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Qualifications: • Great communications. and excellent customer service skills are required • Experience in the hospitality industry or guest services is preferred, but not required • Computer proficiency is required; experience with accounting or reservation software is preferred • Overnight shift; requires flexible hours • Some college is preferred but a high school diploma or equivalent is required Must be able to stand on your feet for 8 hours during a typical shiftPlease only apply if you meet each of these criteria Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly
