We are currently hiring a Front Desk Agent for the 3 PM to 11 PM shift. We’re looking for someone who is a fast learner, reliable, and willing to assist with laundry duties as needed. This role is key to providing exceptional guest service and supporting our team. Requirements: • Must be available to work weekends and holidays • Friendly, professional attitude • Ability to multitask and learn quickly • Willing to help with laundry and light cleaning tasks • Previous hotel or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Duties Include: • Greet and check in guests • Handling guest requests and resolving issues • Processing reservations and payments • Light laundry and assisting with housekeeping as needed • Communicating with other departments If you're ready to join a hardworking, supportive team in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities: • Welcome, register, check-in, and check out guests staying at the hotel, provide keys and room numbers, and record credit card information • Answer incoming calls and questions about guests’ needs in-person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requests • Perform regular bookkeeping duties: make sure hotel guest information is current and correct • Mitigate customer complaints as needed Qualifications: • Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations • 1+ year of hotel industry experience or related job preferred • Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills Compensation: $12 - $12.25 hourly
