We are seeking an enthusiastic, service-driven Part-Time Front Desk Agent to join our guest services team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating memorable guest experiences and takes pride in delivering friendly, dependable service. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in representing the Hampton by Hilton brand. Responsibilities: • Mitigate customer complaints as needed • Answer incoming calls and questions about guests’ needs in-person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requests • Communicate with housekeeping to make sure guest rooms are ready • Perform regular bookkeeping duties: make sure hotel guest information is current and correct • Give every guest a warm welcome, check them in, and check them out when they leave, ensuring you provide correct keys and room numbers What You’ll Do: • Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism • Check guests in and out efficiently while managing reservations and guest accounts • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns in a courteous, solution-focused manner • Communicate clearly with team members to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications: • At least one year of hospitality industry experience as a hotel front desk agent or similar position preferred • Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations • Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills • Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems What We’re Looking For: • Strong communication and customer service skills • A positive attitude and passion for hospitality • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Compensation: $12 - $14 hourly
