We are searching for an enthusiastic, service-focused hotel front desk agent to join our guest services team. The hours will be 3 pm-11 pm. You’ll welcome guests, manage accounts, answer inquiries, and field complaints to ensure we deliver an excellent experience to every guest. Responsibilities: • Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls, and answer inquiries about guests’ needs, including questions about available rooms, amenities, room rates, special requests, and rewards programs • Field customer complaints when necessary • Give every guest a warm welcome, check them in, and check them out when they leave, ensuring you provide correct keys and room numbers • Work with the housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready for new guests • Bookkeeping: keep accurate records of all hotel guest account information • Be able to work on your feet for a typical shift for 8 hours at a time in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Qualifications: • Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills • Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems • Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent • Must be able to stand on your feet for 8 hours during a typical shift • Please only apply if you meet each of these criteria Compensation: $13 - $14 hourly
