We’re in search of a hotel front desk manager who will provide exceptional service, so every guest who stays with us becomes a repeat customer. You’ll be the face of the operation and the first person guests see when they come through the doors. You’ll be responsible for supervising staff, interacting with guests, and ensuring our high standards for customer satisfaction are met. Responsibilities: • Compile occupancy reports and financial information for the general manager • Communicate with hotel guests face-to-face and over the phone, ensure all their questions are answered satisfactorily, and handle any complaints • Direct front desk operations and ensure customer service meets our high standards for guest satisfaction • Make sure to adhere to the front desk budget and put in orders for office supplies as needed • Supervise current front desk staff and hire and train new staff to make sure they’re providing excellent customer service and implementing hotel policies Qualifications: • Experience with MS office and bookkeeping skills desired • Possess excellent management skills, communication skills, and multitasking skills • Experience in hotel front desk operations or a similar role for at least three years is preferred. • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving guest complaints. • Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests and team members both in person and over the phone. • Ability to manage and adhere to a front desk budget, ensuring cost-effective operations. Compensation: $18 - $19 hourly
