Responsibilities: • Handle the front desk budget and order office supplies as needed • Communicate with hotel guests face-to-face and over the phone, ensure all their questions are answered satisfactorily, and handle any complaints • Manage the hiring, training, and supervision of all front office staff members, and ensure they’re providing exceptional guest service and uphold hotel policies • Direct front desk operations and ensure customer service meets our high standards for guest satisfaction • Gather financial information and generate occupancy reports for the general manager • Be able to work on your feet for a typical shift for 8 hours at a time in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Qualifications: • Bookkeeping skills and experience with MS Office a plus • At least 2 years of experience as a front office manager, front desk, or similar position in the hospitality industry or related field • Prior hospitality experience of 1 year is required for this position • Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED • Possess excellent management skills, communication skills, and multitasking skills • Must be able to stand on your feet for 8 hours during a typical shift • Please only apply if you meet each of these criteria Compensation: $15 - $17 hourly
