  • Responsibilities

    The Hotel Front Desk Supervisor oversees daily front office operations, leading staff to ensure exceptional guest service, managing check-ins/check-outs, and resolving escalated complaints. They act as a liaison between staff and management, handling scheduling, training, and billing accuracy, typically requiring 1-3 years of previous hospitality experience. Responsibilities: • Team Leadership: Supervise, train, coach, and motivate front desk agents, including creating staff schedules. • Guest Services: Greet guests, handle VIP arrivals, and resolve complex or escalated guest complaints and issues promptly. • Operational Oversight: Manage daily check-ins/check-outs, room assignments, and ensure compliance with hotel policies and security procedures. • Financial & Administrative: Balance cash drawers, manage inventory, verify billing, and prepare daily reports (e.g., night audit, rate checks). • Communication: Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure room availability and guest satisfaction. Qualifications: • Experience: 1–3 years of front desk experience in a hotel, with previous supervisory experience preferred. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Hotel Management Software (Hilton) and Microsoft Office. • Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills. • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts. Compensation: $18 per hour
