    The Holiday Inn Milwaukee Riverfront is hiring a Front Desk Supervisor. The Hotel Front Desk Supervisor oversees the front desk operations, ensuring smooth guest check-in/check-out processes, managing staff, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service. This role involves managing reservations, billing, and payments, as well as analyzing customer feedback and implementing improvements. The supervisor also prepares reports and ensures compliance with hotel policies. Responsibilities: • Oversee front desk staff, including training, scheduling, and motivating the team to provide exceptional service. • Attend to guest inquiries, manage reservations, and handle complaints in a professional and efficient manner. • Ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes, manage room assignments, and maintain a clean and organized work environment. • Accurately manage cash transactions, credit card payments, and prepare daily reports. • Address and resolve guest issues and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction. • Assist in maximizing revenue by upselling services and promoting hotel amenities. • Maintain clear and consistent communication with other hotel departments and with guests. • Prepare and analyze daily reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. • Ensure adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and standards. Qualifications: • Prior hotel front desk experience required. • Supervisory or lead experience preferred. • IHG experience is ideal but not required.
