Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival.
Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel and local attractions.
Process reservations and maintain an organized booking system.
Assist with guest requests and resolve any issues promptly.
Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
Utilize hotel management software to manage guest accounts and billing.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is a plus.
