Responsibilities: • Handle the front desk budget and order office supplies as needed • Communicate with hotel guests face-to-face and over the phone, ensure all their questions are answered satisfactorily, and handle any complaints • Oversee all operations at the front desk and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction for every guest • Manage the hiring, training, and supervision of all front office staff members, and ensure they’re providing exceptional guest service and uphold hotel policies • Gather financial information and generate occupancy reports for the general manager Qualifications: Education • Associate's Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field (preferred) Experience • 2–5 years of Branded hotel operations experience required; Marriott Experience preferred. Prior supervisory or assistant front office management experience preferred Skills & Competencies • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong leadership and team-management abilities • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail and organization • Technical Skills Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera, OnQ, Cloudbeds, etc • Basic knowledge of reservations, revenue management, and night audit procedures. Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, email systems) Compensation: $54,000 - $56,000 yearly
