You will lead operations at the front desk, act as the first point of contact for guests, and cultivate staff members who will go above and beyond our high customer satisfaction standards. Responsibilities: • Manage the hiring, training, and supervision of all front office staff members, and ensure they’re providing exceptional guest service and uphold hotel policies • Make sure to adhere to the front desk budget and put in orders for office supplies as needed • Communicate with hotel guests face-to-face and over the phone, ensure all their questions are answered satisfactorily, and handle any complaints • Compile occupancy reports and financial information for the general manager • Direct front desk operations and ensure customer service meets our high standards for guest satisfaction Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent certification required (GED) • Prior hospitality experience of 1 year is required for this position • At least 2 years of experience as a front office manager, front desk, or similar position in the hospitality industry or related field • Have superb communication skills, management skills, and multitasking skills • Proficient bookkeeping skills, including experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, strongly desired Compensation: $15 - $17 hourly
