Aloft Austin Northwest is a 130-room, Marriott-branded select-service hotel located in the vibrant NW Austin/Arboretum corridor — steps from the Domain, Apple's Americas campus, Indeed, Indeed Tower, and minutes from The University of Texas, the Q2 Stadium, and downtown Austin. The property delivers the brand's signature WXYZ Bar experience, high-energy public spaces, and a tech-savvy guest base of corporate and leisure travelers in one of the fastest-growing hotel markets in the country. We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven General Manager to lead Aloft Austin Northwest. In this role, you will own the full hotel operation — from top-line revenue performance and Bonvoy enrollment to associate culture and asset stewardship. You will work directly with ownership and our third-party management partner and will be expected to drive NOI, maintain strong Marriott brand scores, and build a winning team culture consistent with the Aloft brand. Responsibilities: • Drive top-line revenue performance across rooms, F&B, and ancillary — with particular focus on ADR, OCC, RevPAR index, and Bonvoy enrollment rates. • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team; manage the full associate lifecycle including hiring, performance reviews, progressive discipline, and recognition. • Develop and manage annual operating budgets, monthly forecasts, and P&L performance — reporting directly to ownership with accountability to NOI and GOP margin targets. • Maintain Marriott brand standards and achieve strong GSS/GES scores; champion a guest-first culture from the front desk through housekeeping and food & beverage. • Oversee property condition, capital projects, preventive maintenance, and vendor relationships — ensuring the asset is well-maintained and code-compliant at all times. • Actively support local and LNR (local negotiated rate) B2B sales efforts; partner with the regional director of sales to grow corporate accounts and drive group/transient pace. • Handle associate relations matters in accordance with company policy and applicable employment law; coordinate with ownership and legal counsel on any complex HR situations. Qualifications: • 3–5 years' experience as a hotel AGM or GM; select-service background strongly preferred. • Marriott/Aloft brand experience highly preferred; familiarity with Lightspeed, FOSSE, MGS, and Marriott brand audit processes. • Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, build budgets, and drive NOI improvement. • Proven track record of Bonvoy/loyalty enrollment performance and GSS improvement. • Food & beverage operational experience a plus (WXYZ Bar, Re:fuel) • Strong communicator with ownership-facing reporting experience. • Austin market knowledge preferred but not required. Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000 yearly
