    Join our team as General Manager of the 63-room Comfort Inn Richfield, managed by Structure Hospitality. You will take full ownership of the hotel’s performance, team, and daily operations. You will lead from the front, set clear expectations, and build a culture focused on accountability, consistency, and strong service. You will manage the property with a hands-on approach, driving revenue, controlling costs, and maintaining brand standards. You will develop your team, improve performance, and ensure the hotel runs clean, efficient, and well-organized each day. Responsibilities: • Lead all day-to-day hotel operations across the front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance • Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable to performance standards • Hire, train, and develop team members to build a reliable and engaged staff • Create a team-focused culture with strong communication and mutual respect • Drive revenue through pricing, local demand, and sales activity • Monitor labor and expenses to protect profitability • Review financial reports and adjust operations based on performance • Maintain brand standards, cleanliness, and overall property condition • Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and operational requirements • Resolve guest issues quickly and maintain strong service scores • Use property management systems and reporting tools to manage operations Qualifications: • Prior leadership experience in hospitality with responsibility for operations • Strong understanding of hotel financials, including revenue, labor, and cost control • Clear and direct communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to lead, develop, and retain a strong team • High level of accountability with a hands-on management style • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability • Knowledge of brand standards and day-to-day hotel operations • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and hotel systems • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain consistency • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 yearly
