    Comfort Inn Richfield | Richfield, UtahSalary: $55,000-$65,000 + Quarterly Bonus + Paid Vacation Structure Hospitality is seeking a motivated, hands-on General Manager to lead the Comfort Inn Richfield. This role is responsible for the overall performance of the hotel, including guest satisfaction, team development, revenue growth, labor management, brand compliance, and profitability. We are looking for a leader who is engaged with the operation, visible to the team, and focused on creating an exceptional guest experience. Hospitality is a 24/7 business, and successful General Managers understand that leadership requires flexibility, responsiveness, and presence when the operation needs support. This is not a traditional Monday through Friday, 9-to-5 position. The right General Manager will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the hotel's performance, guest experience, and team culture while growing their career with a company that values leadership and results. Responsibilities: • What You'll Do Lead the day-to-day operation of the hotel Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members Build a positive, accountable, and service-focused culture Improve guest satisfaction scores, online reviews, and brand performance metrics Ensure guest calls are answered promptly and professionally Drive operational execution across all departments Manage labor costs, scheduling, and productivity Monitor and improve housekeeping efficiency, including minutes-per-room performance Maintain property appearance, cleanliness, and maintenance standards Manage payroll, expenses, and overall hotel profitability Ensure compliance with brand standards and company expectations Develop relationships within the local community and support sales efforts Qualifications: • What We're Looking For Previous hotel leadership experience required General Manager experience preferred Strong leadership and team-building skills Ability to develop employees and create accountability Financial acumen with experience managing labor and operating expenses Strong communication and organizational skills A hands-on leadership style with a willingness to work alongside the team when needed A commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 yearly
