Structure Hospitality is hiring a General Manager for the Comfort Suites Saint Charles St. Louis, a 71-room hotel located near historic Main Street, Ameristar Casino, and just 10 minutes from the St. Louis airport. The hotel features renovated rooms, a clean look, and continued investment from ownership. It’s a well-maintained property with the right foundation in place. We’re looking for a hands-on operator who knows how to lead a team, run day-to-day operations, and drive performance. The priority is to improve market share, elevate the guest experience, and push results in line with what this hotel is capable of delivering. Responsibilities: • Oversee daily hotel operations with a focus on delivering a strong guest experience • Lead and support the team to maintain a positive, productive work environment • Drive revenue growth, manage expenses, and improve overall profitability • Ensure brand standards are met and the hotel operates with consistency and quality • Monitor financial performance and identify areas for operational improvement • Address guest feedback and continuously work to elevate the experience • Build strong relationships with team members, guests, and the local community • Partner closely with Structure Hospitality to meet performance goals and drive results Qualifications: • Experience in hotel management in roles such as General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or Front Office Manager • Proven ability to lead teams and create a productive, accountable work environment • Track record of driving performance in revenue, cost control, and guest satisfaction • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills • Familiarity with brand standards and quality assurance processes (Choice Hotels experience is a plus) • Hands-on approach with a focus on service and operational follow-through • Ability to manage budgets, understand financial reporting, and use data to guide decisions Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
