    General Manager – Days Inn & Suites Logan Days Inn & Suites Logan is looking for a General Manager to lead the hotel and build a strong, stable team. You will run the operation day to day. You will hire, train, and hold standards across the property. Logan is a competitive labor market, so success depends on your ability to recruit well, develop people, and stay close to the team. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes ownership, sets the tone, and drives results. If you like building teams, solving problems, and keeping a hotel running at a high level, this role fits. Responsibilities: What You Will Own • You will lead the hotel day to day. Your focus is on building a stable team, keeping the operation running clean, and delivering consistent results. • You will hire, train, and retain your team in a competitive labor market. You will stay close to the operation, step in when needed, and hold standards across the property. • You will manage labor and expenses, protect the guest experience, and keep the hotel in line with brand standards. You will solve problems quickly and keep the hotel moving forward. Qualifications: What You Bring • You have experience running or supporting a hotel operation and understand what it takes to keep a property stable. • You are hands-on. You are comfortable hiring, training, and holding a team accountable. You stay organized under pressure and make decisions without delay. • You understand guest service, labor control, and day to day hotel operations. You are willing to work a flexible schedule. • Experience in limited service hotels is preferred. Wyndham experience is a plus. Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 yearly
