About the Role:

Brand Name Hotel is looking for a dynamic and experienced Hotel General Manager to lead our team and elevate the guest experience. Responsibilities:

Oversee all daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage

Drive revenue performance through strategic pricing, occupancy management, and sales initiatives

Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing hotel staff

Ensure brand standards are in compliance across all departments

Monitor guest satisfaction scores (GSS) and implement service improvement strategies

Manage hotel financial success overseeing cost controls

Build relationships with local businesses, corporate accounts, and community partners

Ensure property compliance with safety, health, and legal regulations

Requirements:

3+ years of hotel general management or assistant general management experience

Prior experience with a branded hotel (Hilton, Marriott, IHG, or similar) strongly preferred

Proven track record in revenue management and budget oversight

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team

Excellent guest relations and conflict resolution skills

Proficiency in property management systems

Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed
