The Hotel General Manager (GM) leads all aspects of the hotel’s operations, ensuring financial success, guest satisfaction, and team development while upholding our mission, vision, and values. This hands-on leadership role requires a proactive, self-starting individual with 24/7 availability to ensure excellence across all departments. Responsibilities: • Manage budgets, maximize revenue, and maintain financial and statistical records. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards. • Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise hotel staff to create a high-performing, guest-focused team. • Inspect guest rooms and back-of-house areas to ensure compliance with brand and company standards. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards.
