Responsibilities: • Devise the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel's rooms, public areas, and grounds in order to cultivate a reputation for quality • Inspire your staff through leadership, vision, and operational strategies that drive financial success by providing exceptional guest service • Construct and manage a straightforward and effective marketing strategy to promote the hotel's services and amenities • Guide the leaders of each hotel department in developing goals, objectives, and a plan of action for achieving them Qualifications: • Previous experience as a hotel manager, assistant manager, or hotel department manager required • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills • Proven customer service experience as a manager; strong guest-focused mentality • This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED; degree in hospitality or related field of study preferred • Must have at least 2 or more years of experience in the hospitality field.
