    Now hiring a Hotel General Manager at the Moxy Omaha Downtown.

    Key Responsibilities We believe in creating an experience in which team members at every level are fully engaged and can see the relationship between their job responsibilities and the overall success of the property.

    Leadership & Team Development:

    Inspire, lead and mentor a team that’s passionate, creative, and fun

    Provide consistent coaching and feedback to help team members grow and succeed.

    Operational Excellence:

    Plan, develop, coordinate, and implement the day-to-day operations of the property

    Ensure seamless collaboration with other departments to uphold the guest experience and drive operational efficiency.

    Craft the budget for the property to include sales, marketing, operations and a strategic revenue management plan.

    Food & Beverage:

    Work with the Moxy bar team to enhance their overall performance and profitability.

    Maintains product and service quality standards by implementing policies and procedures

    Community Engagement:

    Maintains personal contact with guests, clients and community organizations.

    Create and foster strong relationships with local talent, artists, and influencers

    What We Are Looking For

    College degree or at least five years of related work experience in business management, hospitality or related field

    Previous experience as General Manager of a full-service hotel is preferred

    Previous experience in Food & Beverage roles like Director or Manager is preferred

    Strong leadership qualities with a side of a playful, vibrant attitude

    A creative thinker who thrives where play meets productivity leading with high energy and bold ideas

    Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
