Everhome Suites Clarksville 1142 Stacy Johnson Boulevard, Clarksville, TN 37040 As the Hotel General Manager (GM), you will oversee all facets of hotel operations to drive financial performance, elevate guest satisfaction, and foster team growth—all while embodying our mission, vision, and core values. This is a hands-on leadership role that calls for a proactive, self-motivated professional with the flexibility and commitment to ensure operational excellence around the clock. Responsibilities: • Oversee budgets, maximize revenue, and manage financial records to achieve financial goals. • Be present on property during shift changes to communicate priorities and support the team. • Recruit, train, and mentor hotel staff, fostering a culture of growth and teamwork. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards. • Perform administrative duties, such as payroll, bank deposits, and completing operational checklists.
