Your Mission • Guest Experience Leadership : Be the go-to contact for guests (especially after-hours) and own the WOW factor in every stay. • Team Management : Recruit, coach, and lead cleaning & support staff with care, accountability, and results. • Quality Control : Conduct walkthroughs, manage inventory, oversee laundry systems—every detail matters. • Operations Oversight : Ensure safety, aesthetics, and maintenance are on point across all spaces. • Brand Stewardship : Uphold The Strawberry Inn vibe—warm, thoughtful, modern, and guest-obsessed. Qualifications: What You Bring to the Table • 5+ years in hospitality, cleaning, or retail, with 3+ in a management role • Master of systems, scheduling, and solving problems before they happen • A heart for people and a passion for guest service • You lead with grit, grace, and follow-through • You're ready to relocate to Pine or Strawberry, AZ, and embrace the small-town lifestyle Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 based on experience
