    General Manager – Super 8 Burley Super 8 Burley is looking for a General Manager to lead a 68-room hotel and build a reliable, consistent team. You will run the operation day to day. You will hire, train, and hold standards across the property. This is a smaller hotel, so your presence matters. You will stay close to the team, keep the operation tight, and make sure the basics are done right every day. This role fits someone who takes ownership, works alongside their team, and keeps the hotel steady and performing. Responsibilities: What You Will Own • You will lead the hotel day to day with a focus on team stability, clean operations, and consistent execution. • You will recruit, train, and retain staff. You will step into the operation when needed and hold the team accountable to standards. • You will manage labor and expenses, maintain guest satisfaction, and keep the property in line with brand standards. You will address issues quickly and keep the hotel running smoothly. Qualifications: What You Bring • You have experience in hotel operations and understand how to keep a property running consistently. • You are hands-on and comfortable working in a smaller team environment. You can hire, train, and manage staff while staying involved in daily operations. • You stay organized, solve problems quickly, and follow through. You understand guest service, labor control, and day-to-day hotel management. • Experience in limited service hotels is preferred. Wyndham experience is a plus. You are willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 yearly
