The Hotel General Manager (GM) leads all aspects of the hotel’s operations, ensuring financial success, guest satisfaction, and team development while upholding our mission, vision, and values. This hands-on leadership role requires a proactive, self-starting individual with 24/7 availability to ensure excellence across all departments. Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations, including room bookings, event planning, and maintenance. • Manage budgets, maximize revenue, and maintain financial and statistical records. • Recruit, train, and mentor hotel staff, fostering a culture of growth and teamwork. • Inspect guest rooms and back-of-house areas to ensure compliance with brand and company standards. • Be present on property during shift changes to communicate priorities and support the team.
