The Hotel General Manager (GM) leads all aspects of the hotel’s operations, ensuring financial success, guest satisfaction, and team development while upholding our mission, vision, and values. This hands-on leadership role requires a proactive, self-starting individual with 24/7 availability to ensure excellence across all departments. Responsibilities: • Oversee budgets, maximize revenue, and manage financial records to achieve financial goals. • Recruit, train, and mentor hotel staff, fostering a culture of growth and teamwork. • Inspect guest rooms and back-of-house areas to ensure compliance with brand and company standards. • Handle guest complaints and queries, promoting exceptional customer service. • Lead staff training meetings and ensure operational checklists and safety protocols are followed. Qualifications: • Previous experience as a hotel manager, assistant manager, or hotel department manager required • High school diploma or GED required; advanced education in hospitality preferred. • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds • Ability to read, write, analyze, and interpret business correspondence, general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations Compensation: $70,000 yearly
