Hotel management company has several Hotel General Manager positions around the Des Moines, IA area open. More details will be available upon the first phone interview. We require an experienced Hotel General Manager or Assistant Hotel General Manager ready to make the move to Hotel General Manager. Salary offer will be based on experience and location of the hotel. Because we have several Wyndham hotels we are hiring for, the location and type of hotel will vary. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed guest satisfaction goals • Oversee all hotel operations and ensure adherence to company standards and procedures • Manage and optimize hotel revenue and expenses to achieve financial targets • Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff to deliver exceptional customer service • Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees Qualifications: • Hospitality Experience • Customer Service Experience • Hotel Management Experience • US Work Authorization • Strong Leadership Skills Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
