    How You’ll Make An ImpactThe Hotel Guest Experience Ambassador provides courteous, prompt service to our guests by answering the property’s phones, making reservations, checking guests in/out, and interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner to create a memorable personalized experience

    Greets and welcomes guests upon arrival, offering personalized and friendly interaction.

    Actively engages with guests in the lobby while they wait for service, providing updates or answering questions.

    Assists guests with directions, property information, and frequently asked questions.

    Coordinates with front desk, valet, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

    Monitors lobby traffic and guest flow to identify opportunities to enhance comfort and service efficiency.

    Provides recommendations for local attractions, dining, transportation, and hotel amenities.

    Maintains lobby appearance, ensuring the space remains clean and inviting.

    Addresses guest concerns or service gaps by immediately notifying the appropriate department or leadership.

    Communicates with guests and responds to requests via the Marriott GXP System

    Assists with special guest requests and supports VIP or high-profile arrivals when applicable.

    Upholds brand standards and high service expectations.

    Willingness to openly embrace and actively demonstrate the company’s Vision, Mission, Values, Culture, and Operating Philosophy.

    Strong customer-service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.

    High knowledge of the immediate area is required.

    Prior hospitality, concierge, or guest-service experience preferred.

    Ability to multitask and remain calm during high-traffic periods.

    Strong communication skills and comfort initiating guest interactions.

    Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up abilities.

    Professional image in dress and mannerisms

    Ability to stand for extended periods and maintain an active lobby presence.
