Hotel Sylvia will be open before the end of June. This hotel allows guests to disconnect from their daily routine and find a cozy spot to read great literature. This themed hotel will be an escape for employees and guests alike. We seek a friendly and customer service-oriented individual to join our Hotel Guest Service representative team. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our guests throughout their stay. Your duties will include checking guests in and out, answering phone calls and inquiries, making reservations, addressing any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally, and making café-style coffees.
Evening shift 2P - 10P available on all days.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in guests in a friendly and efficient manner
Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
Make and confirm reservations
Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally
Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Make cafe-style beverages as ordered
Support other departments as needed
Requirements:
Previous customer service or hotel experience is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
