Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.

Conduct floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces as needed.

Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.

Restock supplies in guest rooms and public areas to ensure availability for guests.

Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.

Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries with professionalism.

Qualifications

Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles preferred; hotel or hospitality experience is a plus.

Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices is beneficial.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.

Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required during cleaning tasks.
