About the Role:

Join the dynamic team at Prestige Hotel Services Inc. as a Hotel Housekeeper, where you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and pristine environment for our guests. Located in the beautiful Tarrytown, NY, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities:

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.

Change bed linens and replenish towels, toiletries, and other supplies.

Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained and used safely.

Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.

Follow established cleaning protocols and standards for quality assurance.

Assist in laundry duties as needed to ensure timely service.

Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests promptly.

Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.

Requirements:

Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment preferred.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.

Good communication skills and a friendly attitude.

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is a plus.

Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Must be reliable and committed to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
