The Housekeeping Supervisor is primarily responsible for ensuring standards of cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness are maintained throughout the hotel. This leader manages the housekeeping and laundry departments efficiently and controls costs by performing the following duties. Responsibilities: • Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene protocols across the property. • Supervise and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain high cleanliness standards in guest rooms and public spaces. • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure an exceptional stay experience. • Manage scheduling, assignments, and productivity to meet labor and budget goals Qualifications: • We welcome applicants at all levels. • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. • Reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job. • Strong organizational and leadership skills with an eye for detail. • Proficiency in property management systems and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook).
