The Hotel Housekeeping Manager ensures that cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness are upheld across the property. This leadership role includes overseeing the housekeeping team, maintaining cost efficiency, and supporting a positive and productive work environment. Responsibilities: • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team to maintain exceptional cleanliness in guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas. • Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction. • Manage scheduling, assignments, and productivity to meet labor and budget goals • Complete and maintain accurate inventory records for housekeeping supplies to meet operational needs. Qualifications: • Strong organizational and leadership skills with an eye for detail. • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. • Proficiency in PMS Rooms Management, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job. • We welcome applicants at all levels.
