    The Hotel Housekeeping Manager ensures that cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness are upheld across the property. This leadership role includes overseeing the housekeeping team, maintaining cost efficiency, and supporting a positive and productive work environment. Responsibilities: • Manage scheduling, assignments, and productivity to meet labor and budget goals • Respond promptly to guest concerns or requests related to housekeeping services. • Complete and maintain accurate inventory records for housekeeping supplies to meet operational needs. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction. • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to promote a positive work environment and high performance. Qualifications: • Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not essential. • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. • Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience is preferred but not required—we welcome applicants at all levels. • Proficiency in PMS Rooms Management, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
