The Housekeeping Supervisor is primarily responsible for ensuring standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness are maintained throughout the hotel. This leader manages the housekeeping and laundry departments efficiently and controls costs by performing the following duties. Responsibilities: • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to promote a positive work environment and high performance. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction. • Manage scheduling, assignments, and productivity to meet labor and budget goals • Supervise and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain high cleanliness standards in guest rooms and public spaces. • Conduct inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure adherence to quality and cleanliness standards. Qualifications: • Proficiency in PMS Rooms Management, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Strong organizational and leadership skills with an eye for detail. • We welcome applicants at all levels. • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. • Reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
