The Housekeeping Supervisor is primarily responsible for ensuring standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness are maintained throughout the hotel. This leader manages the housekeeping and laundry departments efficiently and controls costs by performing the following duties. Responsibilities: • Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. • Supervise and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain high cleanliness standards in guest rooms and public spaces. • Oversee inventory and supply management, ensuring adequate stock levels while adhering to budget guidelines. • Monitor and manage labor productivity and department costs, adhering to budgeted guidelines. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
