About the Role:

Join Prime Zenith Hospitality LLC as a Hotel Housekeeping team member in Manchester, NH! This pivotal role ensures our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment, reflecting our commitment to excellence in hospitality.

Responsibilities:

Perform daily cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to maintain high cleanliness standards.

Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and towels in guest rooms and public areas.

Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly to management.

Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens.

Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries.

Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols for efficiency and safety.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment preferred.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Good communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.

Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift up to 25 lbs.

Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.

Knowledge of cleaning products and safety protocols.
