    Just in time to join us for our summer season, which means our SUMMER BONUS PROGRAM! We’re an AWARD-WINNING property right next to Sacred Heart Hospital/Providence Medical Center, south of downtown, looking for a professional, experienced housekeeping supervisor to perform impeccable housekeeping services and provide our guests with a safe and clean environment for an exceptional stay with us. You’ll lead the housekeeping team, ensure team members comply with high standards of cleanliness and sanitation protocol, and oversee the housekeeping department budget. Experience in a supervisory role overseeing housekeeping staff or a similar role is required. If you have excellent communication skills and leadership experience, we highly encourage you to apply. Responsibilities: • Handle the hiring and training of housekeeping staff so that they can achieve and exceed our standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction • Adhere to the department budget, oversee inventory, and order cleaning supplies • Arrange for cleaning equipment repairs as needed and keep all other equipment in good working condition • Manage daily tasks for the housekeeping department, including scheduling and overseeing cleaning of guest rooms and public areas. • Inspect rooms and assist housekeepers in getting all check outs cleaned and ready for guests by 4pm daily. • Communicate with maintenance and front desk about any issues with rooms causing them to not be rentable. Qualifications: • This position requires a high school diploma or GED • Must possess excellent leadership, organizing, and customer service skills • Previous experience as a housekeeping supervisor or extensive cleaning experience. • 2+ years of Hospitality experience • Excellent communication skills are a must Compensation: $19.50 - $20.50 hourly
