As a Houseman, you play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the hotel. This position supports the housekeeping and maintenance teams by ensuring all public areas, guest spaces, and back-of-house areas meet high cleanliness standards. You will interact with guests and provide a welcoming atmosphere in alignment with our property’s vision, mission, and values. Responsibilities: • Assist with floor care, including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning. • Safely handle and dispose of trash and recycling throughout hotel premises. • Maintain the cleanliness of public areas, hallways, and back-of-house spaces. • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines. • Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management. Qualifications: • No prior experience or training required; on-the-job training provided. • Comfortable working in varying conditions, including exposure to outdoor weather and cleaning chemicals. • Ability to follow simple written and verbal instructions. • Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 25 pounds frequently. • Friendly and service-oriented attitude. Compensation: $17 hourly
