As a Houseman, you play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the hotel. This position supports the housekeeping and maintenance teams by ensuring all public areas, guest spaces, and back-of-house areas meet high cleanliness standards. You will interact with guests and provide a welcoming atmosphere in alignment with our property’s vision, mission, and values. Responsibilities: • Ensure floors are well-maintained, including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning. • Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management. • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines. • Assist with floor care, including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning. • Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner. Qualifications: • Friendly and service-oriented attitude. • Ability to follow simple written and verbal instructions. • Able to work in varying conditions, including exposure to cleaning materials and occasional outdoor tasks. • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds. • No prior experience or training required; on-the-job training provided. Compensation: 17 - 17 hourly
