As a Houseman, you play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the hotel. This position supports the housekeeping and maintenance teams by ensuring all public areas, guest spaces, and back-of-house areas meet high cleanliness standards. You will interact with guests and provide a welcoming atmosphere in alignment with our property’s vision, mission, and values. Responsibilities: • Support housekeeping and maintenance teams with tasks as needed. • Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner. • Assist housekeeping and maintenance teams with cleaning and organizational tasks. • Ensure guest areas remain tidy by promptly removing trash and ground litter. • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines. Qualifications: • Strong customer service and teamwork skills. • Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 25 pounds frequently. • Able to work in varying conditions, including exposure to cleaning materials and occasional outdoor tasks. • No prior experience or training required; on-the-job training provided. • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Compensation: $14 hourly
