As a Houseman, you play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the hotel. This position supports the housekeeping and maintenance teams by ensuring all public areas, guest spaces, and back-of-house areas meet high cleanliness standards. You will interact with guests and provide a welcoming atmosphere in alignment with our property’s vision, mission, and values. Responsibilities: • Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner. • Support hotel operations as needed to maintain high service standards. • Support housekeeping and maintenance teams with tasks as needed. • Assist housekeeping and maintenance teams with cleaning and organizational tasks. • Ensure guest areas remain tidy by promptly removing trash and ground litter. Qualifications: • Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 25 pounds frequently. • Comfortable working in varying conditions, including exposure to outdoor weather and cleaning chemicals. • No prior experience required; training provided. • Friendly and service-oriented attitude. • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Compensation: $13+ hourly depending on experience
