As a Houseman, you play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the hotel. This position supports the housekeeping and maintenance teams by ensuring all public areas, guest spaces, and back-of-house areas meet high cleanliness standards. You will interact with guests and provide a welcoming atmosphere in alignment with our property’s vision, mission, and values. Responsibilities: • Support housekeeping and maintenance teams with tasks as needed. • Assist with floor care, including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning. • Greet guests warmly and assist with any reasonable requests. • Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a secure environment. • Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management. Qualifications: • Strong customer service and teamwork skills. • Comfortable working in varying conditions, including exposure to outdoor weather and cleaning chemicals. • No prior experience required; training provided. • Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 25 pounds frequently. • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Compensation: $15 hourly
