GF Hotels & Resorts is hiring a Human Resources Manager for an upcoming opportunity. You will oversee all aspects of employee relations, including recruiting, onboarding, and training, play a key role in strategic planning and business administration, and ensure we are in compliance with the most recent employment laws. Ideal candidates are natural leaders, decision-makers, and team players. Responsibilities: • Optimize and enforce personnel policies and procedures • Liaise between employees and managers and advise on pertinent issues such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment • Review and advise on organizational policies, decision-making, and strategic planning for business administration and the annual budget • Oversee human resources programs including employee training, benefits, compensation, and company evaluation • Make sure internal documents, paperwork, reports, and records are accurate and up-to-date Qualifications: • Must possess a bachelor’s degree in business management, HR management or similar major • 3-5 years of experience as an HR manager, upper-level HR generalist or in a senior position in HR management • Excellent leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills • Hotel or hospitality experience Compensation: $75,000 - $80,000 yearly
