We need an enthusiastic manager to oversee our front office operations, including hiring and training staff, as well as improving profitability through upselling and maintaining high hotel occupancy rates. Our ideal candidate will have a prior hospitality background and at least two years of team management experience. Responsibilities: • Address all guest complaints, concerns, or incidents in a polite, timely, and responsive manner • Ensure consistent standards of guest satisfaction by managing the whole front office operations of the hotel • Utilize up-selling strategies to promote hotel services and amenities to boost occupancy and profitability in the hotel • Evaluate front-office team members' performance while also hiring, training, encouraging teamwork, and setting a high level of customer service standards Qualifications: • Hospitality experience of at least 3 years is required for this role • Showcase exceptional multitasking, communication, and management skills • This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service • 2+ years managing a team in a hospitality role or equivalent customer service role • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) Compensation: $40,000
