The Laundry Aide is responsible for maintaining the quality and cleanliness of linens by following established washing, drying, and folding processes. This role ensures hotel laundry operations run smoothly, supporting the property's high standards for guest satisfaction. Responsibilities: • Perform regular cleaning and basic upkeep of laundry equipment, reporting maintenance needs promptly. • Sort the linens, treat any stains, and load the laundry into the washer with the specified cleaning agents. • Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and communicate replenishment needs to management. • Support other areas of the hotel as needed, contributing to the overall success of the team. • Dry, sort, and neatly fold clean items to meet presentation standards.
