The Laundry Aide is responsible for maintaining the quality and cleanliness of linens by following established washing, drying, and folding processes. This role ensures hotel laundry operations run smoothly, supporting the property’s high standards for guest satisfaction. Responsibilities: • Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and communicate replenishment needs to management. • Perform additional laundry services when necessary. • Sort the linens, treat any stains, and load the laundry into the washer with the specified cleaning agents. • Load laundry machines with appropriate cleaning agents and operate according to instructions. • Support other areas of the hotel as needed, contributing to the overall success of the team. Qualifications: • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 35 pounds as needed. • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. • Reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job. • No prior experience is required; all levels of applicants are welcome.
