You should ideally have experience with industrial washing products as well as the ability to lift 20 pounds or more on a consistent basis. Responsibilities: • Place all laundry in the washer and add the cleaning agents as directed • Inspect laundry equipment visually and report any maintenance issues to the building management • Inspect all linens to identify stains and remove stains with appropriate cleaning products and techniques • Ensure all cleaning supplies are in stock and indicate any shortages to the general manager • Remove garments and lines after each wash cycle and dry according to specific manufacturer instructions Qualifications: • Possesses a strong work ethic with exemplary organizational, time management, and communication skills • Graduated high school, received GED or equivalent • We require the ability to consistently lift 20 or more pounds • Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and products • 1 or more year as a laundry attendant, housekeeper or a similar role is strongly desired Compensation: $13 hourly
