    The Hotel Lobby Attendant ensures that the main entrance, lobby, and public areas are clean, safe, and inviting, creating a positive first impression for every guest. Key responsibilities include vacuuming, dusting, polishing surfaces, maintaining restrooms, greeting guests, providing directions, assisting with special requests, and serving as a friendly and professional point of contact throughout the property. Responsibilities: • Cleaning & Maintenance: Maintain pristine, high-traffic public areas, including cleaning glass doors, sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing furniture, vacuuming carpets, and emptying trash cans. • Guest Services: Greet guests with a professional, friendly demeanor. Offer assistance, provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions, and direct visitors to their destination. • Public Restroom Maintenance: Regularly check, clean, and restock public restrooms to ensure they meet hygiene standards. • Safety & Security: Monitor the lobby for safety hazards, enforce building security, and assist with emergencies. • Support & Logistics: Assist with luggage, manage incoming deliveries, and support housekeeping or front desk staff as needed. Qualifications: • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication to assist guests effectively. • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift, bend, and move furniture for cleaning. • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for cleanliness and presentation to maintain high standards. • Reliability: Professional, punctual, and able to work independently. • Experience: Often an entry-level position; prior hospitality or cleaning experience is a plus, but training is frequently provided.
