Responsibilities: • Follow all engineering safety rules and regulations • Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures • Create an available channel of communication between you and other staff, including managers and department heads • Use a wide range of tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, indicators, edge finders, drills, wrenches, and additional equipment • Assist other technicians and engineers with a variety of maintenance tasks in a collaborative manner Qualifications: • Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills • You will need 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role • Experience with facilities management software is preferred • Driver’s license and clean driving record is mandatory • This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED Compensation: $17 - $20 hourly
