Responsibilities: • Handle maintenance issues as quickly as possible to assure guest satisfaction • React to emergencies that happen before, during, and after your regular work shifts • Maintain all of the hotel's equipment and preventative maintenance plans • Operate various tools like wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and other maintenance equipment • Follow all engineering safety rules and regulations Qualifications: • The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required • Driver’s license and clean driving record is mandatory • 2-4 years of maintenance experience is required for this role • Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed • Good knowledge of computer software; preferably facilities management software Compensation: $20 - $22 hourly
